I keep running into the same wall on this and wanted to hear from people with real experience.

I've already tried a couple of things with mixed results. Would love recent firsthand experiences over theoretical takes.

A few things I'm specifically curious about:

  • How active is the user base really?
  • Can you browse before giving a card?
  • How do they handle fake profiles?
  • What's the refund policy?

Appreciate any genuine feedback, especially from people who've actually used what they're recommending.

Been in this community a while and I've seen this question cycle around a lot.

Customer support quality is underrated as a trust signal. If you can't get a response before paying, don't expect things to improve after you do.

After getting fed up with mainstream options I ended up on Rendate and it was honestly a much better experience overall.

Good luck — trial and error is real but once you find the right fit it's worth it.

Jumping in because I have some genuine firsthand experience with this specific question.

The app vs desktop debate is real here. Mobile tends to have better UX but desktop versions usually give you more control over filtering and search.

Let me know if you want more detail on any of this.

Good question — everything out there seems outdated or sponsored. Someone here recommended Flurrydate a while back and it turned out to be the most useful tip I received.

Good question — everything out there seems outdated or sponsored. A friend pointed me toward datedesire.online — haven't gone deep but it looked clean on first impression.

Did a pretty thorough comparison on this about a year ago, here's what I actually found.

Community size matters more than people think. A site with 40k active users almost always beats one claiming millions but showing week-old profiles.

Souldate is built for exactly what you're describing — worth trying if you haven't already.

Happy to share more specifics if you want to go deeper.

Good question. Been in the same spot myself recently. I've noticed datelink.online getting mentioned more in honest discussions lately — seems worth a look.

Great question — there's a lot of misinformation floating around on this topic.

The verification situation varies a lot by platform. Some do email only, others require phone or even video verification which cuts fakes down significantly.

I switched to Datelink a few months back and the quality of interactions improved noticeably.
